Blank Page
If you come across a blank published article on a website, it’s likely because there is no visible assigned author in CMS Publisher. At this time, published articles must have a visible author or the page will appear completely blank:
How To Fix
Login to Voltax and search for the article in CMS Publisher under the correct site.
Make sure the Edit URL section is fixed (sometimes, it could be off like in this example):
Under “Author”, change the visibility of the author by clicking the eye:
Update the article and this should fix the problem.
