🔐 How to Log In to Minute Platform for the First Time (with 2FA)

This guide walks end users through the initial login process for Minute Platform, including enabling and completing two-factor authentication for secure access.

✅ Step 1: Navigate to the Minute Platform Login Page

  • Open your browser and go to the official Minute Platform login URL (provided by your company or admin).
  • You should see a branded login page prompting you to enter your credentials.

 

👤 Step 2: Enter Your Email and Password

  • Input your Minute Platform login email address.
  • Type in the password you have set up before.
  • Click "Sign In" to proceed.

📲 Step 3: Begin Two-Factor Authentication Setup

  • Upon first login, the system will prompt you to set up 2FA for added security. This page will only show up when the user needs to first enroll to 2FA
  • Choose your preferred method:
    • Authentication App (Strongly recommended)
    • SMS verification (try this only if you have issues with an Authentication app) 

📸 Step 4a: Scan the QR Code (Authenticator App)

  • Open your authentication app - We recommend using Google Authenticator for optimal results. 
    The app’s logo will look like this in the app store: 


     You can find it on the Play Store for Android or the App Store for iOS
  • Use the app to scan the QR code displayed on screen.
  • Alternatively, by clicking Trouble Scanning? you can manually enter the setup key if scanning isn’t possible.


 

📸 Step 4b: SMS

  • Click the SMS option. 
  • You will be redirected to a new login screen where you will need to select your country and plug in your phone number.
  • Click Continue for the verification text to be sent
  • A code will be sent to your mobile phone from the number listed in the screenshot below, with a one-time-code. For example:

     
  • Plug in the one-time-code  inside the Minute Platform login screen, then click Continue to successfully log in. 

     

🟢 Step 6: Access Granted!

  • Once 2FA is verified, you’ll be redirected to your Minute Platform dashboard.
  • You are now securely logged in.

Pro Tip: Next time you log in, you’ll be prompted for the current code from your Authenticator app after entering your password.

🔄 Troubleshooting Tips

  • Code not working? Make sure the time on your phone is synced correctly.
  • Lost your device? Contact your system administrator to reset your 2FA.
  • SMS 2FA may have deliverability issues in some areas, please contact support if you are not receiving codes via SMS.

To keep your account secure:

  • Never share your 2FA code with anyone — not even coworkers or IT staff. 
  • Watch out for suspicious activity, such as unexpected login prompts or requests for your authentication code.
  • If you receive a code but didn't initiate a login, contact your support team immediately — someone may be trying to access your account.
