What are the different roles that are required for the Image Library and what are the differences between them?

Media Contributor

  • Can access the Image Library
  • Can upload images to the Image Library (without approving them)
  • Can view all images
  • Can only edit "Draft" & “Pending approval” images
  • Can’t delete images
  • Can’t upload images via the CMS

Media Admin

  • Can access the Image Library
  • Can upload images to the Image Library 
  • Can approve images (without submitting them for approval)
  • Can edit/delete any image within the library
  • Can upload images via the CMS (that will automatically be added to the Image Library)
